Eid ul adha Mubarak- Do And Don’t

Linguistic and technical meanings of Qurbani: In the term of the Islamic Sharia, for the purpose of attaining Allah’s satisfaction, sacrifice of halal animals on the 10th and 11th of Zilhaj is called quarbani. Quarbani is an extraordinary example of the love and unparalleled loyalty to Allah from the Muslims.

Hukam and condition of quarbani: It is obligatory to do quarbani. But there is some condition. It is not obligatory on everyone. After the basic requirement is met, who has the extra money or silver or seven or seven pounds of gold or something of equal amount of money, quarbani is Wajib for him/ her. If a person who does not comply with the law, the person who purchases the animal on the day of sacrifice, will be obliged to sacrifice it.

If the quarbani is not done after it is wajib, then the order: If a non-welfare does not sacrifice even if all the conditions are fulfilled but he/ she didn’t do that, then he will be treated as a felonious criminal. In this connection, the Messenger of Allah (SM) warned that he should not come near my Eidgah even if he did not do quarbani even though he had the ability.

Sunnah of Eid al-Adha:

  • Awake all the night and pray for the purpose of soab.
  • For those who will do quarbani, do not eat anything before the prayer and after the prayer eating the meat of the animal is Sunnah.
  • The person who will sacrifice, the mustache and the nails must not be cut fter the Zillhaz’s moon until the quarbani is made.
  • The road that is going on the Eidgah, should not use while returning home.
  • At the time of going asy Takbeer Tashirik loudly. It is another Sunnah
  • Eid al-Azhar prayer in the morning is more sunnah than Eid-ul-Fitr.

How should the quarbani animals be: sheep, cows, goats, sheep, dumbs, buffaloes, camels, these six types of animals should be sacrificed. Sacrifices will be given on behalf of one of the goats, sheep, and dhumba, and cow, buffalo and camel can go on behalf of seven people.

Goats must be at least one year. If sheep and dumbas are so fattening that the one-year-old sheep is like the ewe, it is permissible to sacrifice it. Cows and buffaloes are two years old and the camel will be five years old. if the vendor say it is aged, but in reality it is not known, then depending on the dealer’s statement, the animal will be valid for quarbani.

The animals which should not be sacrificed: It is not permissible for those animals to be sacrificed. There are six types of animals, if any of the types of defects are found in the law of Shari’ah, it is not legal to sacrifice them. Now we shall see that if any defects are present in the animals of the sacrificial animals, it is not legal to sacrifice them.

  • Cut ears or no ears of the animal
  • Lame
  • Cut the tail.
  • Extremely weaker
  • Toothless
  • Crazy

Rules for quarbani: It is better to do quarbani of the animals by whom who is sacrificing that animal. Our Prophet (SM) has sacrificed the sacrificial animals in his own hands. Other people can also be used for quarbani. But he must know all the rules related to jabeh. It is better to be present at the time of being jabeh by others. At the time of jabeh, it is necessary to say “Bismamillahi Allahu Akbar” in the face. It is better to put the animal on the keblah while lying down. The quarbani can done for three days that means, after the rising of the 10th Zillahjj sunrise, till 12th Jilhajj sunrise, it can be sacrificed in a day or night. But it is good not to do in the night. Because there can be occur error if you want to jabeh at night. For this the sacrifice of the quarbani can be lost.

Distribution of meat and leather: In our society, it is seen that with the quarbani of more than one person, the flesh is divided in equal proportion. If the partners agree and share the meat in accordance with the agreement, then also it will not jayej. By weight, we must share the meat. It is better to have three parts of the meat of the quarbani. One part of it is for the family class, one for relatives, friends, one for the poor, the helpless, orphaned poor.

But if the number of family members is so much higher and if the distribution of meat obtained is very little compared to the needs for themselves, without sharing it all can be enjoyed themselves. But one thing we should always remember, Islam is the religion of equality. Here you have a deadly demand for your neighbors and the poor. This is proved by the Quran and Hadith.

It is not permissible to give the meat of the quarbani animal as a fee for those who cut in the sacrificial animals. This is totally prohibited in Islamic Shari’ah and the acts of sinful sin. All the laborers have to pay money or something else. Animal leather can be used for own use. It is possible to use jainamaj, book scripture, cloths, etc. by using the skin of the animal. If you do not use it, then you have to give it to the poor. The right of the leather goes to the poor people.

However, it should be kept in mind that the skin, flesh, or any other part of the animal cannot be paid in exchange for work. Because of not knowing or knowingly, if these conditions are violated, then it will be redistributed to the poor.

Takbeer Tasriq: It is wajib for all to utter takbeer tasriq from the 9th date of zilhaz to 13th ilhaz, total 23 oakto. If someone do kaja then he must say this after kaja prayer. There is some rule that male will say it loudly and female will say it in low voice. If imam forget to say it then someone from the Muslim must say it loudly. Because it is mandatory for all.

The sounds of the takbeer are: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha Ilallahu, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Walilahilla Hamd.

Allaah gives us the power to obey our sacrifice as His command. Greetings for eid mubarak.  Ameen.
